This is a translation; the German version is legally binding.

Money back within 14 days — no reason needed

You can return any purchase within 14 days and get the full price back. This applies to every purchase, without exceptions and without conditions.

Time limit

The 14 days start on the day of payment. This applies to one-time purchases and to the first and every later payment of a subscription — each payment has its own 14 days. It is enough to request the refund within this period.

How to request it

·Via [paddle.net](https://paddle.net): find your purchase with the email address you paid with and request the refund directly.

·Or by email to kontakt@oplegendbot.fyi with the email address of the purchase; we will start the refund through Paddle.

What happens next

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and pays the amount back to the payment method you used; how quickly it arrives depends on the payment method. The licence ends with the refund, and so does a subscription.

After the 14 days

We also refund on a pro-rata basis if the Software is essentially unusable for more than 14 consecutive days for reasons on our side or due to changes to the game, or if we discontinue the service (Terms § 6 (4) and § 8 (3)). After the initial term, you can cancel a subscription at any time with one month's notice; we refund amounts already paid for the time after that on a pro-rata basis (Terms § 4 (4)). Your statutory rights remain unaffected in any case.
