Question 1

What do I need to get started?

Accepted Answer

A Windows computer or an Android phone that may keep running, and the login details of your game accounts. On the computer the program isn’t installed, it’s started; on the phone you install the app from “Download”. You enter the key once; after that it stays stored.

Question 2

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

A few minutes: download and start the program, enter the key, add a game account and pick a template. You can fine-tune each module later.

Question 3

Can I play myself at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Not with the same account at the same time — the game allows only one session. Other accounts keep running undisturbed.

Question 4

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Via PayPal — as a one-time purchase for a term or as a subscription that renews automatically. Your payment details never reach us, they stay with PayPal.

Question 5

What happens when the key expires?

Accepted Answer

The bot no longer signs in and tells you so. Your settings remain; after extending, everything runs as before — with the same key.

Question 6

Can I swap a game account for another?

Accepted Answer

Yes — free the slot in your account, then the new game account signs in and takes it. Three releases a month are possible; after 7 days without sign-in a slot also frees up by itself.

Question 7

Can I take the trial again with a second game account?

Accepted Answer

The trial counts per game account and year. A game account that already had a trial or ran with a purchased key gets no new one for twelve months — a different game account does.

Question 8

Do I get an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for every payment as a PDF under My account › Invoices. We don’t charge VAT (§ 19 UStG).

Question 9

How much gold does the bot spend?

Accepted Answer

Only as much as you allow. Every spend has its own limit, plus a daily budget. Everything is locked by default.

Question 10

Does the device have to keep running?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as the bot is meant to work. On the phone the app runs in the background; if you like, it pauses on mobile data or below 15 % battery. Whatever was left during a break, the bot catches up afterwards as far as the game still allows.

Question 11

What happens if the connection drops?

Accepted Answer

The bot signs in again by itself and continues where the game state is — it goes by the live state, not by remembered assumptions.

Question 12

Is there a mobile version?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the Android app from Android 8, via “Download” instead of the Play Store. The same key works on computer and phone.

Question 13

Computer and phone at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Game accounts count, not devices. The same game account runs on one device at a time — the game allows one session.

Question 14

Does anything run through your servers?

Accepted Answer

Play happens from your device, with your connection. When a game account signs in, our server only checks whether your key is valid — without a valid key, no sign-in happens. It never gets your game password.

Question 15

What about my game password?

Accepted Answer

It stays on your device: on the computer in Windows Credential Manager, on the phone in the Android Keystore — never in a text file. Signing in happens directly between your device and the game.
